- AI in production: LLM-generated clinical notes (about a minute each), AI coding assistant for billing, voice agents for patient outreach.
- 2017–2019: COVESTX, a US investment-syndication fintech platform (Dwolla ACH, DocuSign, investor accreditation).
- Earlier: Singapore and Cambodia loyalty, logistics and retail apps; Japanese e-learning and investor services (team lead, 2008–2011); UK SaaS accounting (2006–2008); Australian wealth-management data warehouse (2003–2005).

## Working style
Fully remote. Same-day overlap with Singapore and Japan, evenings for UK/Europe, mornings for the US. Weekly written reports, NDA and BAA ready. English and Vietnamese.
